What does insurance cover?
Will my health insurance refund me?
With a doctor’s prescription, you usually get part of the cost back from your health insurance. After the treatment we give you all the documents you need to submit.
Do I need a referral?
For a refund, yes. Without a prescription you can still come to us and pay for the treatment yourself.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance, online or by email. For later cancellations we unfortunately have to charge for the appointment.
How do I pay?
Right after the treatment, by card or in cash. You get an invoice straight away.
