Questions
Before you write
How does the first conversation work?
After your inquiry, we suggest a few dates. The conversation takes about 30 minutes by video call, and all you need is a browser. Prefer writing? Then we clarify everything by email.
What should I prepare?
Your logo, a few photos and bullet points about your offering are helpful. If something is missing, that is no problem. We help with texts and suitable images.
Can I order a website already?
Not yet. Nova Design is being founded, and we will take on projects only after our business registration. Feel free to write to us, and we will let you know when we start.
How long does a website take?
A simple website usually takes about a week, larger sites two to three weeks. It also depends on when the texts and images are ready.
Do you work for clients abroad?
Yes, mostly. We work by email and video call, in German and English.
Do you offer hosting?
No. You get the finished code and upload it to the host you already use. You also get a guide for it.
